Shipping Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
This policy covers how orders placed on jasonmartinezart.com are produced, shipped, and delivered. Checkout runs on Shopify, and the shipping options, rates, and destinations available to you are the ones shown there before you pay.
Production and dispatch
Pieces are made to order. Unless a product page says otherwise, expect your order to ship within about one to two weeks of purchase — that is the window quoted on the product pages, and where a specific piece differs, the product page is the one to go by.
Shopify sends an order confirmation to the email address you give at checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once the parcel is handed to the carrier, where the carrier provides tracking.
Delivery estimates
Transit time is added on top of production time and depends on the destination and the service you choose at checkout. Estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed: delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak periods are outside our control. If an order is time-sensitive, email us before you buy and we will tell you what is realistic.
Where we ship and what it costs
We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. If your country is not listed, email us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can arrange it. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination and the contents of your order, and the exact amount is shown with taxes before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
International orders may attract import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by the destination country. Unless these are itemized and collected at checkout, they are charged on arrival and are the recipient’s responsibility. We cannot mark shipments as gifts or declare a value lower than what you paid.
Addresses and undelivered parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout — once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it went unclaimed, we will contact you about sending it out again; return and reshipment costs may apply.
Damaged, lost, or never delivered
If your order arrives damaged, arrives faulty, is not what you ordered, or does not turn up at all, email jason@jasonmartinezart.com as soon as you can. For damage, send photographs of the piece and the packaging while you still have both, ideally within a couple of weeks of delivery, so that a carrier claim is still possible. We will work with you and the carrier to put it right, normally by replacing the piece or refunding it.
This is the exception to the “all sales are final” rule in our Refund Policy: that rule is about change of mind, and it does not apply to a piece that arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, or to an order that never arrives. It also does not displace whatever rights you have under consumer law where you live.
