Refund Policy

Every piece is produced with care, and each order is made specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final — we do not take returns for change of mind. This page explains where that rule applies, and the situations it does not cover.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect selections made at checkout (such as the wrong size, color, or item). Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, and reach out with any questions before you buy.

Prints and physical works may vary slightly from on-screen images due to display and production differences; this is normal and is not considered a defect.

Damaged, faulty, or undelivered orders

Final sale does not mean you carry the risk of a broken parcel. If your order arrives damaged, arrives faulty, is not what you ordered, or never arrives, we will put it right — normally by replacing the piece or refunding it. Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before it has entered production or shipped. Once an order is in production or on its way, it can no longer be cancelled.

We may also cancel an order ourselves — for example after a pricing error or a stock problem — as described in our Terms of Service. If we do, we refund anything you were charged.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived or limited by agreement. Depending on where you live, those may include a right to a repair, replacement, or refund when goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, and a cancellation or cooling-off right for online purchases. Where such a right applies to your order, it overrides the “all sales are final” rule above. Tell us what you are claiming and we will deal with it.
